It was an evening filled with San Francisco’s philanthropic glitterati, when an elegantly coiffed group of attendees packed the San Francisco Conservatory of Music’s Phyllis Wattis Atrium to celebrate the group’s Centennial Gala. Over $1 million was raised at the event to help fund programs that further community engagement and support scholarships. On hand: Deepa Pakianathan, Diane Zack, Valerie Orsoni, Gretchen Kimball, Bill and Mary Poland, Dede Wilsey, Chi-Foon and Rebecca-Sen Chan. This year’s honorees included Ann Getty, Barbro Osher, Ute Bowes, Carol Casey and Caroline H. Hume. The gala even had two specialty cocktails—the “Clementini” and the “Hodghead”—named for SFCM’s founders.
