Montalvo Arts Center’s Food and Wine Classic treated their guests to some of the most delectable bites from the premier-dining destinations in the Bay Area, paired with the finest wines in the region and a picturesque atmosphere to match — in the name of charity, of course. The event raised $375,000 for artistic and educational programming with the help of a high-energy auction hosted by Letitia Frye, who sold unique experiences like a private Michelin star dinner, access to the San Jose Sharks penthouse suite and a tour of Zegna’s Wool Mill and Brand Archives in Trivero, Italy.
VIP guests enjoyed an exclusive tasting in the wine cellar, guided by master sommelier Randall Bertao. Notable attendees included: Montalvo executive director Angela McConnell, audience development committee member Angie Lin, Mervin Pan, committee members Marcia Hansen, Deborah Stolle and winery chair Karen Bria.
