The National Kidney Foundation’s 32nd Annual Authors Luncheon

The National Kidney Foundation’s 32nd annual Authors Luncheon has gone digital this year, emceed by KQED broadcaster Micheal Kransy and Kelly Corrigan, host of Tell Me More With Kelly Corrigan on PBS. Featuring authors Erik Larson (The Splendid and the Vile), Gail Tsukiyama (The Color of Air) and Brit Bennett (The Vanishing Half), the event — a literary tradition in the Bay Area — raises money to support kidney patients. The main event is from noon to 1:30 p.m., with a virtual networking session at 11 a.m. Individual tickets range from $25 to $1,000. See kidney.org for sponsorship information.
