The San Francisco Ballet’s Virtual Benefit
January 14
The San Francisco Ballet hosts its first-ever virtual benefit and 88th season opening gala performance — and this time, gowns are optional. Hosted by SF Ballet soloist Madison Keesler and curated by the company’s artistic director and principal choreographer Helgi Tomasson, the event will include a meal from McCalls, private virtual “tables’’ for supporters and their guests and, for VIP ticket holders, a socially distanced photo shoot by Drew Altizer’s crew. Ticket packages range from $3,000 to $25,000 (the highest tier is already sold out). Get more information at sfballet.org
