The Getty Residence transformed into an enchanting playground for kids (and adults) at the Glogau Teddy Bear Rescue Fund’s annual fundraiser, dubbed The Snuggly Soirée, hosted by Ann and Gordon Getty and Dr. Pamela Baj and Dr. Richard Glogau, the organization’s founders. The event benefited the fund’s mission to support pediatric patients and their families and help fill special needs that insurance and Medi-Cal cannot provide, such as food, transportation, housing, medications, special medical equipment, interpreters, tutors and amenities. “My plan was for this to be the nurse’s cookie jar,” Baj told the Gazette. Among the attendees: Hilary Newsom; Lori Puccinelli Stern and daughter Bailey Stern; Kim Murphy; Mark Laret; Nicole Needham; Pamala Deikel; Connie Ring; Geoff Callan; Marcella and Joe Wilson; Chloe Morand; Hooman Khalili; Amelia LaPlante; John Rosin; and Kim Scurr, VP of Operations at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital.
