Event designer and man-about-town Riccardo Benavides styled a glamorous evening featuring cuisine catered by McCalls and music by the band Notorious. Soprano Toni Marie Palmertree treated the crowd to a special performance. And guests dressed to slay. Carolyn Chandler wowed in a red gown that paid homage to Carmen. Mary and Bill Poland looked quite the pair, she in glittering gold and he in a jewel-toned cummerbund. Jack Calhoun sported a deep purple velvet jacket we immediately wanted to try on (and take home-—ha!). And don’t even get us started on the perfection that was Karen Richardson, Deepa Pakianathan and Navid Armstrong, each resplendent in dramatically different yet equally eye-catching dresses.
